ebaix accompanies learning processes. This can take place between different organizations or within the various divisions of a single organization. Learning takes place between humanitarian specialists, experts of long-term development cooperation as well as specific thematic groups.
If evaluations to specific projects are executed, the representatives of partner organizations as well as former and current project employees are included in the process on-site.
