A key factor for successful learning is a safe environment for all participants. This allows the divisions and organizations to look beyond their known horizons and to be open to allow others to gain insight into their own work. The mutual openness and the recognizing of own mistakes and best practices leads to a fruitful learning atmosphere.
The learning results are thus intended primarily for the involved participants. If results are to be further processed by- or disseminated to third parties, an unanimous agreement from all involved parties is required.
